1.The machine structure

The crawler tractor is used to pull the pipe smoothly.

It is mainly composed of welding frame, upper and lower traction crawler, power and transmission device.

The upper traction belt is pressed on the pipe material by the cylinder and can move up and down in the direction of extrusion. The lower traction belt is adjusted by the transmission device, and the rubber block used for clamping the pipe material is fixed on the double-row chain to prevent displacement.

The rubber block is designed as "V" or "I" type. According to different pipe diameters, different combinations can be used to more effectively clamp the pipe driving device. Frequency conversion motor can be used to realize remote control.
